The First Trial of Genergy New Testing Machines
To ensure the new machines perform well, Genergy has successfully launched the inspection for the first batch of products on Aug.14, 2015, Ganzhou City. The detailed procedure is as below:
First, the batteries are connected with the new inspection equipment and discharged by 3 times' capacity.
Second, batteries' voltages are checked after 7 mins. Any battery with voltage less than 9.6 volt is to be picked out to the Defects Area.
Third, the consistency is checked.
Last, charge the battery.
All the battery data including the charging and discharging performance will show on the real-time data monitor. A dedicated staff will keep monitoring the real-time data during the whole inspection.
